Send the model. We’ll take it from there.
Tell us the views you need and when the board is due. You’ll get a fixed price and a delivery date back — usually the same day you write.
Brief us on the project.
The more you can tell us up front — scope, format, deadline — the tighter the quote. No model yet? A sentence or two is fine to start.
Hours
Deadline on a weekend? Say so in the brief — rush turnaround is how most pitch work lands.
Working remotely?
Most of our firms never set foot in Fairfield. Files move by upload, markups by email or screen-share. Distance has never cost a frame.

We’ll sign before any files change hands, and keep the work out of our portfolio. Just flag it in your first message.
Four things that speed up the quote.
None are required to start a conversation — but if you have them, the estimate and the first draft both come back faster.
The model
Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, or clean DWG/IFC. Materials attached if you have them.
The views
Marked-up plans or a quick note — exterior hero, lobby, kitchen. Even rough camera angles help.
The output
Stills, a walkthrough, a 360° tour, or a mix. Print, web, competition board — tell us the destination.
The date
When the board, pitch, or listing goes live. That sets the schedule and whether rush applies.
By appointment, on a quiet Fairfield street.
