What we make & what it costsEverything below starts with the files you already have — Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, a DWG export — and ends with images you can put on a competition board or in a pitch deck. Prices are fixed per project and quoted up front. No hourly meter running in the background.
Render · not photograph
Per-view stills, flat-fee motion and tours. Turnaround counts business days from the day the model lands with materials attached.
The hero shot of the building in its site — real context, planting, and daylight. Daytime or overcast. Most projects order three to five views.
Lit interiors with correct materials, soft daylight, and furniture at true scale. Built for lobbies, kitchens, and amenity spaces where the finish matters.
A 45–90 second camera move through the project, graded and scored. The piece that carries a developer’s pitch deck when stills aren’t enough.
Stitched panoramas a juror can pan and step through in a browser — no headset required. Hosted link delivered ready to embed.
Drone-height context shots and massing studies that place the scheme in its street, block, or skyline — useful early, when the design is still moving.
Working from hand sketches or schematic plans. We model the gaps ourselves and agree on them with one extra draft round before lighting.
Stills at 300 DPI for A1 boards plus web-sized JPEGs. Animations in 4K and 1080p, both delivered so you’re covered whatever the venue projector does.
TIFF and JPEG for stills, MP4 for motion, a hosted link for the 360° tour. Need a layered PSD for last-minute text overlays? Ask and we’ll include it.
Full commercial rights for competition boards, websites, and print. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio — unless you’re under NDA, which we sign before files change hands.
Half to start the scene, balance on delivery, invoiced net 30. Nothing hourly unless you ask for work beyond the agreed views — then it’s $110 an hour, quoted first.
Dusk treatment with warm interior glow and a graded sky — the version that makes a façade read best on a dark competition board.
+$220 / viewBoard due Friday and the model only landed Tuesday? We compress a still set to three days and reorder the queue around it.
+40% on the setTwo rounds come with every project. Past that, changes are billed by the hour — most schemes never reach it.
$110 / hourScaled figures, cars, and foreground planting placed by hand so the scene reads lived-in instead of staged.
